When someone Googles your trade, do they find you — or your competitor?

One town. One category. One partner. I build it — you own it.

I build one custom site per industry, per town across Klamath County and South-Central Oregon — so when that search happens, you're the name that comes up, not the five competitors fighting over scraps. Because whoever gets found first gets the call, and I only take one per category: your competitor can't hire me once you're in.

  • 3-week avg. website launch
  • 1 per category, per town
  • 1 owner, 0 handoffs
  • 24h quote turnaround
  • Happy or it doesn't go live

What you get

Everything that gets you found — built and run by one person.

Not just a website — the whole system that runs your day and gets you found. Because a pretty page nobody finds doesn't pay the bills. Built and managed by one person who only works for you.

01

The whole build — not just a website

Most of my clients get a full platform, not a page. The site, plus the tools that run the day: online booking, ordering, a check-in kiosk, an owner dashboard, staff scheduling — whatever your business actually runs on. And you own all of it.

  • Built around how your business actually works
  • Booking, ordering, kiosks, dashboards — wired in
  • Mobile-first, fast, built to turn visits into customers
  • You own everything — no templates, no renting
02

Found first when your town searches

When someone nearby pulls out their phone, you want to be the name they tap. I get your Google profile dialed in, your reviews coming in, and your spot on the map climbing — and since I only take one business per category, every bit of it works for you and never your competitor.

  • Your Google profile, set up and kept current
  • Climbing the local map — the rankings that bring calls
  • Steady reviews, on autopilot
  • One per category — I never help your rival
03

One person who just handles it

Need a hiring post? Review cards? A reminder system so customers stop no-showing? You tell me the problem, I build the fix — no tickets, no project managers. The same person who built your site is the one who picks up the phone.

  • Print collateral — cards, signage, review cards (included)
  • Automated reminders, review asks, email & SMS
  • Hiring posts, lead capture, whatever comes up
  • One person who knows your whole setup

How it works

From call to live in weeks, not months.

One person does the work — the same person, every time. No account managers, no handoffs, no “wait, who's my contact now?” six months in.

  1. 1

    15-minute call — free

You tell me what's broken. I check if your category is still open in your town. If it is, I tell you what it'd cost — straight, no pitch deck.

  2. 2

    Fixed price within 24 hours

Scope, timeline, one number. No hourly billing, no change-order surprises. You say yes or no — no pressure either way.

  3. 3

    Live in 2–5 weeks

You see progress as it happens. I don't launch until you're happy. Once it's live, your category is locked — your competitor can't hire me.

  • One owner, no handoffs

You always know who you're talking to.

  • Local focus

Built for businesses that live or die by their neighborhood.

  • Fixed pricing

You'll know the cost before I start. Always.

  • Built to outlast hype

Real fundamentals, not whatever trick is hot this month.

Nail salon · Spring Hill, FL

US Nails

One of the oldest salons in town, up against newer shops winning on flashy social media. The website was only part of it — the real revival came from reviews. I built a review engine that’s getting her fresh reviews flowing again — the first lever in clawing back ground in a crowded market. Then I turned the area's 55+ communities — Timber Pines and the rest — into the edge: a tight, easy-to-reach audience I could advertise to without burning her budget.

Sprague River Labradors

Jim’s spent 20 years breeding dogs — 15 of them on Labradors — 45 miles out in ranch country where the nearest town has 80 people. He doesn’t do email or apps, so I built him a website that needs zero upkeep: live litter availability, health transparency, and puppy applications, all hands-off. He keeps doing what he’s great at; the site does the rest.

RV There Yet

Anthony’s a Marine veteran and a dealer-trained RV tech striking out on his own in Hernando County. The local dealership makes RV owners wait three weeks — so he comes to their driveway instead. I helped him build the whole business, not just the website: the LLC and licensing path, a launch-and-compliance checklist, his flat-rate pricing and earnings model, and a marketing gameplan to land the first jobs. Then I built the launch site that ties it together — published pricing, an online request form, service-area pages, and a roof-and-inspection program.

Ascend

A pro Valorant player turned coach was selling sessions one at a time — no brand, no system, and no way to grow past the hours in his day. I built him a business: a name and identity, a tiered offer (a free scouting tier, a monthly membership, and a premium rank-up path backed by a results guarantee), a Discord community with automatic tiered access, plus booking, payments, and the pricing and outreach playbook to fill it. He went from trading hours for dollars to a platform built to scale.

From hourly sessions to a real platform
The Rise Local promise

One client per category.
One per town.

Once I take you on, I'm out for your competitors. No nail salon two doors down hiring me a month after you. No second HVAC company in your metro getting my Google playbook. Your territory is locked — written into every contract.

01

One per category

If you're the diner I work with, I don't work with the diner across the street. Same goes for nail salons, HVAC, dentists, dispensaries — every category, one client.

02

One per town

Coverage zone is a 25-mile radius around your primary location, or your full metro area — whichever is larger. National brands lock the category outright.

03

Written into the contract

Not a handshake. Not a "we'll see." A line in the agreement that says I won't take your competitor — for as long as you're a client.

Why I do it: the agencies that work with you and the four shops down the street are playing both sides. I can't do my best work split four ways. So I don't. One client, full force, every time.

The network effect

Every client I take on
makes yours stronger.

I work with one business per category in your town. That means every client I bring on is a potential referral partner for you — not a competitor. The chiropractor's site links to the gym. The restaurant recommends the brewery. The salon and the spa send clients to each other.

The more the network grows, the more traffic flows between businesses — and none of it goes to your competition.

Pricing

Every project is priced for what it actually needs.

The build is a one-time investment, set by the size of your business. The monthly is your call — keep it running, or grow it. You'll get a fixed quote within 24 hours, you'll know the exact number before you commit, and you don't pay the final invoice until it's live and you're happy. Honest ranges below so you can plan.

About

Hi, I'm Steve.

Rise Local started with a salon owner who couldn't afford to be found.

She was running it alone, doing everything herself. She wanted marketing — but every quote came back more than she could spend. I could build, and I could think it through. The weight that finally lifted wasn't the website — it was having a plan, and someone in her corner to run it. That's when it clicked: the thing I'm good at finally meant something.

I'm first-generation. I grew up around people who built a business out of nothing — a restaurant, a shop, a service run out of the garage. Local owners are my people, and helping them is the whole point.

When you hire me, you get me — not a team, not a project manager, not a ticket system. One person who handles the website, the marketing, and the things you didn't know were broken. One phone number. That's it.

I only take a handful of clients a year — so if your category's already spoken for, I'll tell you straight, and point you to someone good.

— Steve

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

If something isn't here, just ask — send a note and you'll get a real answer.

Do you work with my competitors?

No. Once I take you on, I won't take another business in your category within your metro area (25-mile radius, or your full metro — whichever is larger). It's written into every contract and holds for as long as you're a client. The shop down the street doesn't get to hire me a month later — you'll know I'm 100% on your side.

How much does a website actually cost?

The build is priced by the size of your business, not by feature count — every build is full-quality. Solo and very small operations land at $2,500–$4,000, established local businesses $4,000–$7,000, and multi-location or larger operations $7,000–$12,000. Booking, ordering, and the tools your business needs come built in. You'll get a fixed price upfront — no surprises, no hourly creep.

How long until my site is live?

Standard builds go live in 5-10 business days from the day I kick off. Bigger projects with custom features take longer — but you'll know the timeline before I start.

Who owns the website when it's done?

You do. 100%. The domain, the hosting account, the code — all yours. No lock-in, no hostage situation.

What if it's not working, or I'm not happy?

You don't launch until you're happy, and the monthly is month-to-month — cancel anytime, and you keep everything (domain, code, all of it). I'd rather earn it every month than lock you in.

What if I already have a website?

Easy. I'll audit what you have, tell you straight if it needs rebuilding or just upgrading, and quote accordingly. Sometimes a few tweaks beat a full rebuild.

Do you offer hosting and ongoing maintenance?

Yes — hosting is included free for the first year. After that it's your call: the Care Package at $149/month keeps everything running (hosting, security, backups, your booking and ordering tools, small edits), or the Growth Package at $449/month adds active marketing — Google Business Profile management, review automation, local SEO, and a monthly leads report. Or you can self-host — you own the code.

Do you also do business cards, signs, and promotional stuff?

Yes — every project includes physical promo materials. Business cards with QR codes, Google review cards, referral cards, counter signs, social media graphics — all designed to match your brand. I handle the design, you approve it, and it's print-ready.

Do you only work with businesses in my area?

I work with local businesses anywhere in the US. Most of the work is remote, with calls and screen-shares to keep things moving.

Ready to grow?

Tell me what you're up against.

A few quick questions, a real reply within 24 hours, no hard sell. The first thing I'll check is whether your category's still open — because once it's claimed, it's claimed. And if I'm not the right fit, I'll point you to who is.
