How this actually works

I take one business per category, per town.

Which means I'm never working for your competitor.

An agency will happily take you and the four shops down the street. I can't do my best work split four ways, so I don't.

The three promises

What you're actually buying.

Your category, locked

  • Written into the agreement, not a handshake
  • Holds for as long as you're a client

A meeting every month

  • We look at what came in and pick the next move
  • That's the partner part — not just a website

One person, start to finish

  • The person who built it answers the phone
  • No account manager, no ticket queue

How it works

What the first ninety days look like.

  1. 1

    We find the one thing

Not a menu. The one or two moves that'll actually shift your business this quarter.

  2. 2

    I build it

The site, the profile, the tools — whatever the answer turned out to be.

  3. 3

    We meet monthly

Look at what came in, pick the next move, repeat. That's the whole model.

FAQ

Answered straight.

Anything else — just ask.

Why one client per category?

Because an agency working for you and your competitor is playing both sides, and I can't put my name on that. It also means everything I learn about your market works for you and never against you.

What happens in the monthly meeting?

We look at what actually came in — calls, bookings, reviews, where you're showing up — and pick the next move. It's the difference between a website and a marketing partner.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel any month, owe nothing more. I'd rather earn it every month than tie you to a year.

What if my category is already taken?

I'll tell you straight, and point you to someone good. I'd rather lose the sale than quietly take on two competitors.
