Every question I get asked before someone signs, answered here instead of on the call.

What do I pay upfront?

$500, once, for the build. It goes on your first payment with month one, and nothing else upfront: no deposit, no setup fee. If I don’t deliver the site complete, it comes back.

How is the price set?

Three published plans — Care $149, Growth $449, Pro $899 a month. Which one fits is about what your business needs; I’ll tell you within a day, and it doesn’t move once you have it.

Am I tied in?

Month to month. Cancel any month and owe nothing more.

Any hourly bills or change orders?

None. No hourly invoices, no surprise fees mid-project.

Who owns the domain, the content and my Google profile?

You do, from day one. Not held hostage if you leave.

Who owns the site itself?

You, after a year on plan.

Will you work with my competitor?

No. One business per category, per town — written into the agreement for as long as you’re a client.

Who actually does the work?

Me. The person who builds it is the one who answers the phone. No handoffs to a junior you were never told about.

What do I get every month?

A meeting to pick the next move, and a plain-English report on what happened.

My guarantee

If I don’t make you more than you pay me, you don’t pay.

I write down where you stand before I touch anything. Ninety days later we read the same numbers. That’s the whole test. That refund is the monthly. The $500 build comes back only if I don’t deliver the site complete — that one’s in the agreement.
