Google Business Profile in Klamath Falls
Your Google profile, done properly.
When someone in Klamath Falls searches for what you do, the first thing they see is usually the map — three businesses, their stars, a Call button. Your Google Business Profile is what decides whether you’re one of the three. Most are half filled in.
What it actually is
Your Google Business Profile is the box with your name, stars, hours, photos and phone number that shows on Google Search and Google Maps. For a lot of customers it is your business — they call straight from it and never visit your site.
Google decides who to show from what the profile tells it. The wrong primary category, missing services, stale hours, three photos from years ago, reviews nobody answered — each one is a reason to show someone else. Fixing them costs nothing but knowing which ones matter.
What I do
I start by reading your profile against the businesses beating you on the map for your own searches: their categories, their services, their review count and how recent it is. Then I fix the gaps — categories, the services list, the description, hours including holidays, photos, and the website link pointed at the page that matches.
After that it’s upkeep: answering reviews, keeping photos and posts current, and making sure your name, address and phone match on Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and the directories Google cross-checks. Nothing gets posted or replied to in your name without your OK.
What gets fixed
Setting up your Google listing properly — categories, services, hours, photos, description — and then keeping it current: answering reviews, adding photos, and keeping your details consistent across the web.
Usually one of a few things: the wrong primary category, missing services, too few or too old reviews, or details that don’t match across the web. The free Scorecard shows which ones apply to you.
No, and nobody honest can — Google decides, and distance from the searcher matters a lot. What I can do is remove every reason the profile gives Google to show someone else, and measure where you show before and after.
Yes. The profile is yours from day one. I work as a manager on it, and nothing is posted or replied to in your name without your OK.
Yes. iPhones and Siri use Apple Maps, so I set that up to match your Google profile, along with Bing and the main directories.

What clients say
“Working with Steve has been an amazing experience! From the beginning, he took the time to understand my business, my vision, and what I wanted my website to represent. … I’ve personally trusted him enough to refer several of my own clients, including businesses in the automotive industry, medical and wellness field, and beauty industry. Steve is professional, creative, responsive, and truly takes the time to understand each business instead of giving everyone the same cookie-cutter approach.”
“Steve built us an awesome website! Our old site was outdated. The new one shows customers that we are professional. He is continually editing the site to make it better. The site was up within like 2 days. We couldn’t be happier with the results!!”
“I was starting my mobile RV repair business from scratch and Steve at Rise Local handled the entire launch for me. He built my website, got me set up online and on Google, helped me form my LLC, and put together a full marketing gameplan to actually bring in customers. I didn’t know the business or the online side at all, and he walked me through every piece of it — domain, branding, all of it.”
“It’s a very clean look that I wanted exactly how he made it and he was very transparent on assisting me on what I wanted. The website sends leads straight to my discord and email. Having clients sign up is also quicker with his product. Steve is working hard all by himself, he handles everything, and if I ever wanted to change something he instantly was there for me.”
“I own a digital marketing agency. I notice how people in this industry actually work — and most of them don’t. Steve at Rise Local is different. He’s not just building websites and hoping for the best. He’s handling your Google and Apple Maps presence, cleaning up your reviews, setting up booking systems, running ads, and meeting with you monthly to make sure everything keeps moving. That’s the full picture — not just one piece of it.”
